Using this site, submitting a quote request or creating an account means these terms apply in full. If any part of them does not sit right, the correct step is to stop using the site rather than continue under conditions that feel unclear.

02What This Site Provides

This site offers guidance and coverage advice for auto insurance. Material published here explains how liability, collision, comprehensive, uninsured driver, roadside and medical payments cover generally work, so a decision can be made with the trade offs understood.

SolaceSure works as an auto insurance consultant. It is not an insurance company and does not underwrite or issue policies. Nothing published here is a binding offer of insurance, a confirmation of cover, or legal advice. Cover begins only when a carrier issues a policy and the required premium has been accepted under that carrier own terms.

03Eligibility

Use of this site is limited to adults residing in the United States who are legally able to enter into a contract and to hold an auto insurance policy. Submitting a request on behalf of another person requires that person permission.

04Account Responsibilities

Account credentials should stay private, and every activity carried out under an account is treated as authorized by its holder. Any suspected unauthorized access should be reported promptly through the contact details listed below.

05Acceptable Use

Quotes and coverage figures presented here are estimates based on the details supplied at the time. Final terms, premiums, limits, deductibles and exclusions are determined by the issuing carrier after its own underwriting review, and they may differ from anything shown in advance.

Coverage descriptions on this site are written in plain language for clarity. Where that wording and an issued policy document disagree, the policy document governs without exception.

07Electronic Communications

Submitting a request or creating an account authorizes replies by email or phone in connection with that request. Text messages are sent only where you have separately opted in to marketing messages. That consent is optional, may be withdrawn at any time, and is never required to obtain a quote. Replying STOP to any text message ends further texts to that number.

Program description. This is a marketing program. By opting in on the account signup form, you consent to receive recurring automated marketing and promotional text messages from SolaceSure at the number provided, about its consulting services, policy review invitations, and car insurance tips. Consent is optional and is not a condition of opening an account, requesting a quote or purchasing a policy. No transactional or account notification texts are sent through this program.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies.

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details of your messaging plan.

Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

Carrier disclaimer. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

12Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, no liability is accepted for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of this site or reliance on its content. This limit applies regardless of the theory of liability raised and survives the ending of these terms.

13Arbitration Agreement

Any dispute arising out of these terms or the use of this site will be resolved through binding individual arbitration rather than in court, and each party waives the right to a jury trial and to participate in any class or representative action. Arbitration will be administered under the rules of a recognized arbitration provider and will take place in the state where the site operates unless another location is agreed in writing.

Claims that qualify for small claims court may still be brought there. Where applicable law prohibits arbitration of a particular claim, that claim alone may proceed in a court of competent jurisdiction while the rest of this section stays in force.
